This ground level, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo comfortably sleeps 4-6, with one king bed, two twins, and a sleeper sofa. The master bedroom offers water views and access to the large deck. Two large bathrooms give you and your family plenty of room to comfortably spread out. Modern flooring in this open and airy floor plan provides a lovely transition from the spacious kitchen area to the comfortable living room.
Enjoy kitchen upgrades, including Corian counter tops and fully appointed stainless steel appliances. Appliances include refrigerator with ice, dishwasher and disposal, smooth top range, and microwave/hood combo. The kitchen amenities also include: toaster, coffeemaker, pots, pans, dishes and kitchen accessories to make your stay feel like your home away from home.
Free high-speed internet and cable are included. The 55" Roku television in the living room offers access to Netflix, Amazon, and Hulu.
We provide four complimentary beach chairs, or chairs and umbrellas are available for rent at the beach. Guests can also enjoy the beautiful exclusive pool that is a located in the Harbour Point neighborhood, a leisurely three-minute walk from your condo.

The beautiful Sandestin Resort is a bike friendly neighborhood with quick access to the white sandy beaches that made the Emerald Coast and Sandestin famous. The resort offers nature trails, jogging trails, bike trails, playgrounds, fishing areas, the boardwalk, Marina, and Baytown Warf, all of which are accessible. A Publix grocery store, movie theater, and numerous restaurants and stores are also a short distance away on Grand Boulevard.
Once you arrive in this little slice of paradise, there is little need for a car.
Adventurous guests can enjoy, golf, tennis, pickle ball, basketball, putt-putt golf, bicycles, zip lining and many other activities. YOLO boards, wave runners, pontoon boats, and numerous other water activities are also available in the Baytowne Marina.
