Lovely Anniversary Weekend
My husband and I enjoyed a fabulous fall weekend away at this lovely, cozy home. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood made for a restful weekend. Sleeping accommodations were quite comfortable. We enjoyed having easy access to our streaming services. Our favorite night was spent in the back-yard fire-side with a delicious pizza from Pizza Shark. Hosts were very responsive and kind. Would definitely love to return in the future!

Excellent Location
Clean, cozy, two bedroom, one bath rental with good wi-fi and Internet capabilities. There's furniture outside to relax in, fireplace, and stuff you can use if you want to go to the beach. There's room to store supplies, if you bring them, but it has plenty of cooking, dishware, and utensils so you shouldn't need to bring anything. It's close to Hyannis, good eateries, and minutes to the beach. If you need groceries, it's close by, too. Owner was quick to respond to our lock-out issue, which we were super grateful for. Definitely would stay there again!

Perfect for family vacation
Our stay was fabulous for our family of four. It was our first time in Cape Cod, and we loved how centrally located we were. The cottage was cozy and had everything we needed. Our hosts thoughtfully provided materials to make s'mores over the fire pit, which our kids loved. Everything we needed for the beach was provided -- chairs, sand toys, an umbrella, and cabana -- which was a lifesaver. There were plenty of toys, games, and books indoors for the kids to use as we would wind down each day, and we adored being able to play cornhole and hang out by the fire each evening. The outdoor shower was fabulous after a day on the beach and the air conditioning was a lifesaver as the temperatures pushed 90 a couple of the days we were there. We thought we were experiencing an issue when we first checked in that ended up being no big deal. When we contacted Rebecca about it, she was quick to respond and provide a possible solution. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for other families looking for a cozy place to stay while exploring Cape Cod.

Perfect beach getaway
We had the best time at The Cozy Cottage! There was plenty of space for our family of 3 and we very much appreciated the well-stocked toys, games and beach gear which kept our 3 year-old entertained during the downtime. The house had all the essentials and was well located in Dennis Port - walkable to restaurants, ice cream and mini golf. Would recommend and stay again.

Beautiful long weekend stay
Rebecca was so quick to respond to messages and helpful with stay details. House was perfect for two couples - home came with lots of extras such as paper towels, condiments, trash bags and other extras. This was a nice touch because not a lot of places have these amenities

Modern, Clean, Eastern Edge Mid-Cape Gem
Was really impressed by the open floor plan of the 2/1 rental. The Living Room furniture was very comfortable compared to many of the others we have rented over the years. The kitchen was modern - love the pull out drawers in the cabinet . The internet connection and wifi were easy to use and the selection of apps on the tv were great. Kitchen is well equipped which everything you need - even space to store your personal belongings if you bring any - which we did! There's a deck with dining set, pit surrounded by lounge chairs, and a shed full of stuff for beach activities. Great mid-Cape location, just East of Cuffy's and South of 28. 10-15 min. east of Hyannis with lots of food and tourist shopping nearby. Would definitely recommend this rental - we'll be using them again!

A quiet, cozy spot
The cozy cottage was very clean and centrally located on the Cape. The two of us spent 6 days there and went from Provincetown to Hyannis to the Sandwich Glass Museum to Nantucket, taking the ferry out of Hyannis. The kitchen was well-stocked with dinnerware and pans, and there was charcoal for the grill. (We couldn't find charcoal starter, but bought some.) Some of the recommended restaurants were not open due to it being mid-September, but we found some good places to eat. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Perfect Beach Bungalow
This house is a perfect house for the Cape. When we arrived it was clean, and lovely. Rebecca sent the access information the day before and we were able to get into the home no problem. The back yard patio and fire pit were lots of fun and we did have Smore's on multiple nights. While the house is a bit farther from the beach than I realized (about a 15 min walk down a bit of a busy road-- but still very doable with a wagon), it is so well located on the Cape that we did a ton of stuff during our brief stay-- including visiting a local water park, hanging out at Ryan's arcade and bowling alley on our 1 rainy day, spent another morning at the local Pirate Museum and the afternoon in Provincetown-- a quick 1 hour drive away. Leaving was just as easy-- take out the trash and turn out the lights and we were on our way. A great place for a family vacation!

Cute cottage!
Our family of 5 stayed for the week and had a wonderful time! This property is fairly close to the beach, and there are bikes provided if you want to ride down instead of walk. There were lots of beach toys to take to the beach, so you don’t need to bring anything other than maybe a boogie board. The rooms were clean, kitchen had everything we needed, and the backyard was so cute and functional! We explored the area and found great local restaurants, a grocery store, and a super cute beach store down the road. This property is small, but our family had plenty of room and enjoyed our stay!!

Adorable, updated cottage near southside beach
My husband, son and I stayed at the Cozy Cottage for a wonderful week on Cape Cod. It is well located within Dennis Port and the mid-Cape near many things to do, including family amusements in Yarmouth, southside beaches, cranberry bog tours, lovely Chatham, and the Cape Cod National Seashore to the east. One can walk 0.7 mile to the beach, avoiding the $25-$30 parking fee, and the cottage provides beach chairs, a mat, and sand toys. It also provides two bikes, if you're brave enough to take on the local roads, or can reach the Cape Cod Rail Trail. The 2 BR cottage is recently remodeled and tastefully decorated, just big enough for 2-4 people. The backyard includes a couple grills, an outdoor table for eating, and a firepit with adirondack chairs. You'll be challenged to try to do as much as the Cape has to offer! We'll just have to come back again. :)

Well equipped very modern home
My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights with our 20 year old daughter and her friend. The house is not large but there was plenty of space for the 4 of us even with it being cool/wet weather for a portion of our stay. The location allowed us to travel to see friends easily from one end of the Cape to the other. It also was close to a beach so we were able to walk to it. The beach also had a restroom and snack bar so everything we could have wanted was right there. The house is well equipped with kitchen items and bath towels and toiletries. There is also a bbq and charcoal grill but we ate out so never had a chance to use them. We did have a fire one night to use up the smores that were generously provided by our host. There were several pieces of wood available for us. You might want to bring some kindling and paper and you will probably need more wood if you plan to have multiple fires. One really nice thing about this property is how new everything is. The furniture is quite comfortable, the house has AC, the beds are firm (ideal for me). It was a real treat staying at a newly renovated house in the Cape as our past experiences often involved quite dated properties. It is also incredibly quiet. There are beach toys, 2 bikes, board games, no cable but access to Netflix etc. We would definitely like to stay here again in the future.
