The Space:
The beautiful and majestic Black Bear chalet is a new construction in the Allen Falls development in Morin Heights. Located on 133,000 sq. Ft. of land, this chalet of approximately 6,000 sq. ft. on 3 levels, offers a private access of 300 meters, far from the main road. With the main level offering a large terrace, accessible by the main room and both master bedrooms. The staircase leads to the mezzanine floor with 2 other bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and private balcony. Also on the mezzanine level: An equipped office and a reading corner. On the basement level, you will find a large children's room with bunk beds and single beds and another bathroom. There is a games room with TV lounge, billiard and Mini football. A real cinema room with screen, sound system and 4k projector and 8 reclining comfort seats. Finally, a shower and Sauna room can also be found on this level, as well as an outdoor hot tub. Outside, you will find a beautiful garden with fire-pit and petanque court. The chalet is located 20 meters from hiking, cross-country skiing, mountain biking etc. The Morin Heights ski center is 4km away.
