This house has it all! We've carefully designed this home to have everything we love a rental to have when we travel.

We want you to enjoy San Diego to its fullest and will be happy to help curate the perfect adventure or relaxing trip.

You can count on this home being one of the best shot-term rentals you've ever stayed at.

The Space:
Situated between Mission Hills and the famous neighborhood of Hillcrest, the studio is close to shops, cafes, and restaurants. The Gaslamp District is also nearby. Explore the surrounding area, head to the beach, or visit Downtown San Diego.

Guest Access:
The home is for you to enjoy. It is the second and third floor of a townhome, and it also comes with a two-car garage on the first floor. The bedroom with the two queen beds is on the top floor, and the majority of the home is on the second floor.

We have another studio Airbnb on the first floor of the townhome. It shares the same front door entrance, but the second floor is separated by another smart lock. Please let me know if you're interested in booking that rental as well.

The Neighborhood:
Situated between Mission Hills and Hillcrest, the studio is close to shops, cafes, and restaurants. It's a walkable area with an abundance of cute dogs struting around.

Getting Around:
This is a very walkable location and also comes with two-car parking garage for you to explore other neighborhoods of San Diego. Please note that the garage is on the smaller side and will likely not fit two large cars.

Other Things to Note:
This home is across the street from a hospital and you may encounter noise.

In addition, we have a separate rental on the first floor of the townhome, and we ask that both units are respectful of the other in regards to excessive noise. The comfort and enjoyment of both units is paramount for us.

Please let us know if you're planning on bringing a pet, please let us know. We allow a maximum of two pets and charge a $45 fee per pet, per stay.
• Unfortunately, we do not allow cats at the property.
• No animals are allowed on the beds or any of the furniture.
• We recommend that if you leave the property, your pet either joins or stays in their crate.
• If there are any pet-related damages, you will be required to cover any repair or replacement costs.
• Please keep any barking or crying that will disturb neighbors to a minimum.
• Please do your best to clean up after your pet (hair, waste outside…) before check-out.
• We recommend bringing their own bed and food/water bowls.
