Seamlessly blending vintage appeal with modern comforts, this cozy abode features a living area that opens directly onto a terrace and garden, while the kitchen offers mesmerizing sea views. Upstairs, the sleeping quarters comprise three bedrooms and a water closet.

With its quaint Breton character and contemporary amenities, this house comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Located mere steps from the sea, it offers easy access to the beach or invites you to unwind in the enclosed garden. The ground floor living area boasts a dining space and lounge area.

Household linen, including tea towels and bath mats, is provided. Additionally, we offer end-of-stay cleaning for €65, as well as bed kits comprising bed linens and towels: €30/bed for double beds and €25/bed for single beds.

The accommodation is equipped with WIFI, and pets are not allowed on the premises.

The house is located just 100m from the beach and the GR34 coastal path, with the Diben harbor just steps away.

Nearby activities include a sailing school 4km away, numerous beaches, coastal hiking on the GR34, clam digging, boat trips, a golf course 30km away, and local markets throughout the week.

Late check-ins and check-outs are possible for an additional fee.

Upon arrival, you'll find essential items for your holiday, including dish soap, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, detergent, and sponges.

Household linen (tea towels and bath mats) is included. However, bed linens and towels are not included in the price, as guests typically prefer to save on this cost, which would be automatically included. Nevertheless, we offer an optional complete set of bed and bath linens. Please feel free to contact us for pricing details. This can be arranged and paid for after booking.

A mandatory "intermediate cleaning" fee is charged at the time of booking and covers disinfection and house preparation between tenants.

However, the house must not be left dirty upon departure. We kindly ask our tenants to leave the house in the same condition as they found it upon arrival (clean kitchen and bathroom, emptied refrigerator and cabinets, no visible dirt, removed trash, etc.). If the house is left dirty, the tenant will have a deduction from the deposit for the extra time spent cleaning the house, at a rate of €35/hour. The tenant will be promptly notified via message through the platforms, SMS, or email, along with photo(s) and/or video(s). We also offer tenants who do not wish to think about cleaning before their departure a "complete cleaning" package.
