This property was very nicely furnished, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well-stocked. It suited our group perfectly. We had some pretty significant issues though. Halfway through our 5-night stay, the internet went out (which also controlled the TV and the thermostat). Having no TV wasn't a big issue but we couldn't regulate the thermostat and it got so warm we were told to just turn it off which proved to be fine. The no internet issue that on day one was just an annoyance snowballed by day 3 as work meetings were missed and when our flights were cancelled we were not able to rebook and make new travel arrangements without leaving the house when we were supposed to be packing and checking out of the unit. John, the property manager, was kind enough to extend our check-out two hours to help with that. While the Owner was not able to schedule Comcast for the duration of our stay due to the Christmas holiday (we understand that was beyond their control), it is ultimately their responsibility and we feel a more appropriate compensation would be a partial refund, which was not offered.
