The open-plan kitchen has all the essential cookware and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements, as well as a dining table.

The bedroom is fitted with a double bed and a set of drawers. Hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Sophisticated Centre Ville sits on the Bay of Cannes and is lined by exclusive beaches. Upscale belle époque apartments and the landmark Hotel Martinez overlook the palm-shaded Croisette promenade. The Cannes Film Festival is at the modernist quayside Palais des Festivals in May. International designer shops and art galleries are scattered among al fresco cocktail bars and restaurants around Rue d'Antibes.

The property is within walking distance of public transportation and can be easily accessed by car. Ridesharing services like UBER are also available for use in Cannes.

- Gare de Cannes is 15 minutes away by foot.
- Cannes Mandelieu Airport is less than 25 minutes away by car, depending on traffic conditions.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
