Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely 20m² apartment is conveniently located near various top attractions in Paris, such as Montmartre and Canal Saint-Martin.

The studio has an easy layout with an inviting atmosphere. The living room boasts a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV for entertainment, and two dining tables. Additionally, there is a private courtyard with seating areas where you can relax and soak up the sun.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential cookware and cutlery you'll need, including a stove and a microwave, allowing you to prepare delicious meals. There is also a washer and ironing equipment available for your laundry needs.

The bedroom on the mezzanine floor has a homely double bed adorned with complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful sleep.

You'll find all the amenities in the bathroom, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Our home is located conveniently in the 18th arrondissement. Key pickup is 6 minutes away on foot, and we'll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. Thank you for choosing our home, and we're excited to have you as our guest!

The 18th arrondissement is a vast, authentic district that mixes the modern and the old. Start your visit with the Place des Abbesses. Then, stroll in the Jehan Rictus square, where you will find the famous "I Love You" wall.

As you climb the hill of Montmartre, admire the famous Moulin de la Galette, the Place du Tertre, a landmark of Parisian artists, and all the cobbled streets, pretty houses and small hidden green spaces that make up the charm of Montmartre.

Finally, head towards the Basilica of the Sacred Heart, the largest in France, to enjoy one of the best panoramas of Paris. Don't hesitate to visit the Montmartre museum, which retraces the artistic development of the district, the vineyards of Montmartre or the exotic and colourful Goutte d'Or district. Finally, take advantage of the many mythical cultural places in the neighbourhood, such as the Moulin Rouge, the Cigale, or Studio 28, the Mecca of the 7th art many celebrities have attended.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Marx Dormoy, is just a 4-minute walk.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is approximately a 45-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
