We offer this 30 m² air-conditioned apartment for rent in Linguizzetta, less than 150 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 5 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty 12 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The apartment is composed as follows
- A 12 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, hob...
- Bedroom with bunk bed, pull-out bed (sleeps 3)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Exterior:
- Two balconies of 5m² each with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Linguizzetta, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.

Activities :
- Several water sports available just a few kilometers from the apartment.
- Hiking trails nearby,
- The ancient site of Aléria 15 minutes away.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.
