The main living area features an open, spacious floor plan to enjoy with your family and friends. Living room includes a Smart TV (w/ cable) to wind down after a long day in the sun. Double sliding patio doors provide wonderful views from inside as well, connecting the living area to the patio. Kitchen is set-up with Stainless appliances and fully equipped with cookware and utensils. Dining table just off the kitchen seats 4 with an additional 2 stools at the bar.

The complex also includes an elevator, which is conveniently located near the unit and provides easy access to the parking lot or down to the pool/boat dock area. This rental does NOT include a boat slip.
