L'Ecrin des Granges - La Cime

Situated in the heart of Les Sybelles, France's fourth-largest ski area, come and enjoy a stay at L'écrin des Granges, a Savoyard chalet that will delight you with its peace and quiet and its breathtaking views over the valley. With its exposed beams and stonework, you'll fall under the authentic charm of this mountain chalet.

Cosy and spacious, this 95 m2 duplex flat sleeps 9 and is located on the second floor of the chalet, with privileged access to the slopes via a private staircase leading directly to the voie Lactée chairlift.

You'll also be delighted by the range and quality of facilities on offer to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. With the Family Plus label, the resort guarantees a personalised welcome for children, with activities and childcare adapted to all ages (crèche, children's club).
The dynamic nature of Les Sybelles, at an altitude of 1500 m, will appeal to winter sports enthusiasts thanks to its 310 km of ski runs suitable for all levels.

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor :
- Open garage: 1 vehicle + 1 car in private outdoor car park
- Ski lockers
-Shared entrance with the second flat in the chalet where you will have shelves, benches, boot dryer, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron

First floor:
- A 45 m² living room with TV, stove (wood provided), sitting area, dining area and bar area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, etc.
- Shower room
- Separate WC
- Entrance hall with storage space

On the second level:
- Bedroom 1: Double bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: Double bed (160x200) with TV
- Bedroom 3: Double bed (160x200) and 3-bed bunk bed, TV
- Bathroom with Italian shower and double washbasin
- Separate WC

Outside area :
- A 35 m² terrace with sauna overlooking the garden.

You will also have access to WIFI, washing machine, raclette, fondue, crêpe party, barbecue (summer), high chair, cot.

The flat is ideally located in Le Corbier, in a very pleasant environment. The resort is pedestrian-friendly, dynamic and family-friendly. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, etc.

Activities :
- A wide range of activities are available: downhill skiing, snowpark, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, paragliding or microlight flights, toboggan runs, snowmobiling, dog sledding, outdoor swimming pool, cinema...
- Numerous activities, musical welcome drink, torch-lit descent, toboggan race, human curling, visit to a farm 300 metres away, visit to a confectionery 200 metres away.
- A "Family Plus" resort since 2006, with activities for all ages.
- Sports activities in summer: bike park with sledges and scooters for 3-12 year-olds, mountain bike track and downhill mountain bike track, zip line, trampoline, paragliding, archery, exploring the peaks on horseback, outdoor swimming pool with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi, lake and swimming in the valley...
- Outings by tourist coach from Le Corbier (Italy, Annecy, Mont Blanc etc.)

Public transport :
- Bus: bus stop below the chalet (30m). This stop takes you to Saint Jean de Maurienne station when the resort is open. You can also take the shuttle bus to the resort centre.
- Summer and winter shuttle service between Le Corbier and La Toussuire. In summer there is a small tourist train and in winter a bus.
- Nearest train station: Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne station, about 25 minutes' drive away.
- Nearest airport: Lyon Saint Exupéry and Grenoble Alpes Isère airports, about 2 hours away by car.

Other remarks :
- This accommodation is adjoining the chalet "L'Ecrin des Granges-Le Roc". The two chalets can be rented together to accommodate 21 people.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. Linen must be reserved 10 days before your arrival.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- A partnership with the Skiset shops located 100m from the chalet will enable you to obtain a discount on ski equipment hire from 30 to 50% off.
- One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking.
