Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 50 m² air-conditioned flat with swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 4 people, is available to rent in Valescure, in the commune of Saint-Raphaël. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift) of a small, quiet residence, it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with bath) and a terrace. Wifi included, we're waiting for you !
The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² air-conditioned living room with sofa, double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Air-conditioned bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate WC
Outside area :
- A 4.5x14m swimming pool (shared and fenced), open from May to September (dates non-contractual and subject to change by the residence)
- A 15m² south-west-facing terrace with a view of the Estérel golf course and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Raphaël, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Saint-Raphaël is a pretty southern town appreciated for its climate and notable quality of life, you can enjoy both the charm of the Mediterranean Sea on one side and the authentic hinterland on the other. There's a whole range of activities on offer during your stay, both on land and at sea: take advantage of the many golf courses in the region; explore the Estérel massif, an unspoilt natural site, along the many flower-filled hiking trails! On the seaside, try your hand at the water sports on offer in the region: boat trips, paddle boarding, jet skiing, diving... Land and sea intermingle in the region, but culture lovers won't be left out: there are many museums to visit, including the Musée de Louis de Funès!

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private, numbered parking space.

- Nearest train station: Saint-Raphaël station, 5 km away (9 min by car).
- Nearest airport: Nice Côte d'Azur airport 64 km away (53 min by car).
