Situated in the heart of the peaceful Ardéchoise countryside, our house is ideally located, just 13 minutes from Privas, 5 minutes from Pouzin and 10 minutes from the A7 motorway.
Our spacious 120 m² villa offers three bedrooms with double beds, a large living room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom with bathtub and shower, as well as a practical laundry room.
Enjoy the outdoors in all seasons thanks to our large covered terrace, equipped with a table and garden furniture.Our well-appointed garden will contribute to the success of your stay, with a pétanque court, a brazier, a ping-pong table, a barbecue and deck chairs at your disposal.
We provide a full range of amenities, including an oven, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine, and Chromecast-equipped TVs in all rooms and the living room. Additionally, sheets and towels are provided at no extra cost.
