TI NANINE - Charming family house near the sea

Come and discover this charming family home just 300m from the magnificent white sands beach. Furnished with care, this house offers all the comforts you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

As you enter the house, you'll find a spacious living area comprising a large lounge with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. The ground floor also includes a WC, a large master suite with its own bathroom and shower, and a second bedroom with a double bed.

Upstairs, you'll find a bathroom with shower and WC and 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. There's also a bunk bed on the landing, ideal for children. From the first floor, you also have access to a large terrace with sea views.

Outside, there's a lovely terrace where you can enjoy a quiet lunch or soak up the sun. However, the garden is not fenced in at all.

The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), a welcome basket of 100% local produce and a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and advising you on things to do and places to visit.

Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most popular tourist spots in the Pays des Abers and Pays d'Iroise: visit the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (you can also leave from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk along the wild coast or discover the Ile Vierge lighthouse, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the Château de Kergroadès or the Musée de la Marine in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Musée des Beaux-Arts in Brest....
For children, there's also the 3 Curés amusement park and Océanopolis (one of Europe's largest aquariums) nearby.
For the more sporty, there are magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle and surfing spots nearby. For golfers, there are several nearby, including the Golf des Abers.
