Welcome to Crébillon, a splendid, spacious 204m2 flat in an exceptional Nantes location: rue Crébillon. Its bright, magnificent parquet flooring and high ceilings promise a unique living experience. Ideally located in the heart of Nantes, rue Crébillon is renowned for its clothes shops, luxury jewellers and quality restaurants. This entirely pedestrianised street links Place Royale to Place Graslin. You'll be a stone's throw from the Théatre Graslin and the famous Nantes brasserie, La Cigale, which has been welcoming visitors for over a century.

When you arrive, you'll discover a warm entrance hall, opening onto a magnificent lounge where the tastefully chosen decor invites you to relax and share. The lounge opens onto a welcoming dining room where you can entertain friends and family. The separate kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking for all your guests. Its proximity to the dining room means you can treat yourself to the services of a home chef while enjoying your guests in peace and quiet. For your nights, three spacious bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200) are available. Each room is equipped with a television. The flat has a large bathroom with bath and shower, as well as a shower room adjoining one of the bedrooms.

The flat is on the second floor, with lift access. For your convenience, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, steam generator and ironing board. A cot is also available.

You will be given a personal welcome by someone from the Cocoonr agency in Nantes, who will show you around the accommodation, answer any questions you may have and hand you the keys.
Bed linen and towels of 4-star hotel quality are provided, and your bed will be made up for you on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided. Wifi internet access.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Charges are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
- An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.
- To comply with legislation, all reservations of more than 30 nights will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease).
- To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
- Unfortunately, we will not be able to give you access to the accommodation unless you sign a contract in due and proper form.
