Gorgeous Lake View Corner-Unit Condo in Magnolia Pointe

You'll feel at home in this 3 bedroom condo. The condo can accommodate up to 8 people. Gorgeous view of one of the many ponds in the complex from the patio. Perfect condo for your family vacation.

If golfing is what is bringing you to the area - you have found the right place! We can accommodate 2 foursomes - and everyone can have their own bed! Each of the 3 bedrooms can be configured with 2 twin XL beds and there are two sleeper chairs in the living room that pull out to twin xl bed! There are 80 golf courses in the area and our condo sits between two of them: Myrtlewood Palmetto and Myrtlewood Pinehills.

The large living room is open to the dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Amenities with the condo include free WiFi, washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, extra bedding in all the closets. There is keyless entry on the front door and you will be provided a code before you arrive.

The location is awesome! This condo is centrally located near Broadway at the Beach with 350 acres of shopping and entertainment, water parks, miniature golf and restaurant row. The condo is located in the Magnolia Pointe condominium development within the Myrtlewood Villas area. We are just a short 1.5 mile drive to the beach with plenty of public parking. The more adventurous can walk there. The airport is just 15 minutes away.

Best place this far!
We have taken vacations every year and I must say Debbie is the best host hands down in 9 years I have ever had. We got in a little early and I messaged her to see if we could check in early not only could we get in 4 hours prior to check in but there was. 6-pack of crumble cookies waiting for us. Also we had an extra person and Debbie went above and beyond to make sure we all were comfortable and the sleeping arrangements were to our liking. She is so awesome and her hospitality is top notch!

Excellent property
The 3 bedroom condo was wonderful! It provided ample space for our family, it is beautifully decorated, was extremely clean and in a great community. The kitchen was stocked with everything we would have needed. The provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash was such a nice touch. There was plenty of parking in the community and lots of pools around the complex within walking distance. We rented a golf cart for part of our week to commute back and forth to the beach which was a lot of fun and was easier to finding parking than a car. Restaurants and grocery stores were all a short drive as well. Debra was wonderful to work with and was very quick to respond when we had a question. We highly recommend this rental.

excellent family vacation
This was our first time using VRBO and i was nervous but Debbie answered all the questions i had even prior to booking with her. She was quick to respond to any questions we had and even checked in with us during our stay. Beautiful house that was close to all the attractions but far enough out to not have to deal with crowds. We will definitely be staying here again.
