Welcome to "Timeless Treasure," a truly exceptional short-term rental in the heart of Sea Pines. Approaching the property, you are surrounded by majestic oak trees that stand as guardians of the past. The large driveway welcomes you, providing ample parking for everyone. Step through the wooden door into a grand foyer adorned with preserved Savannah brick from an old Savannah Parish house, offering a glimpse into the rich history of the region.

This beach house features six bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. The classic "upside-down" design places the main living spaces and kitchen upstairs, maximizing panoramic ocean views.

Two downstairs bedrooms offer king beds, smart TVs, attached bathrooms with showers, and sliding glass doors leading to the backyard. The third bedroom downstairs is a versatile space with a king bed and a queen bed, a smart TV, an attached bathroom with a shower-bathtub combination, and a slider to the backyard. The large mudroom downstairs is equipped with plenty of hooks for towels and a side-by-side washer and dryer, with a convenient door leading directly to the backyard, perfect for a post-pool retreat.

Ascend the stairs, and the feeling of being in a treehouse envelops you. Oaks surround the windows, and white-washed pine runs along the walls, complemented by original wood floors, evoking a classic ambiance. The living room is a comfortable retreat with a large 65" TV. Doors lead to the deck, featuring outdoor dining and a grill. The expansive dining table, custom-built on-site by a local carpenter, seats 14 with a charming mix of mismatched chairs for a cozy family meal.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern amenities, including a gas stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. A preserved den attached to the kitchen offers a step back in time, providing a cozy retreat with seating and an aesthetically pleasing fireplace for morning coffee.

A guest bedroom off the kitchen features a king bed, smart TV, and an attached bathroom. On the other side of the living room, a hallway leads to the final two bedrooms. The first bedroom on the left has 2 twin beds, a smart TV, and access to a full bathroom, with a door leading to the hallway. The final bedroom is the full primary suite, with large vaulted blue ceilings, a king bed, sliders to the deck, and a spacious primary bathroom with a glass shower.

Venture to the front yard, where you'll find the detached garage affectionately named "The Boathouse." This delightful space features a smart TV, refrigerator, seating, a table for games, and a foosball table. With a mini-split for temperature control, it's the perfect hangout spot.

Timeless Treasure is located in a neighborhood called Sea Pines. Sea Pines is a 5,000 acre community located in Hilton Head Island. The neighborhood encompasses private communities, a forest preserve, horse stables (2.1 miles away), PGA Tour golf course, beautiful sandy beaches (Timeless Treasure is oceanfront), two marinas and many shops and dining. Amongst the most well known areas are Harbour Town Marina (2 miles away) with the lighthouse and South Beach Marina (3.2 miles away) with the infamous Salty Dog Cafe. Sea Pines is a gated community with a gate fee (1 complimentary pass is included in your stay and more can be purchased through us directly) so those staying in the neighborhood have all the wonders of Sea Pines right in front of them. There's no need to even leave Sea Pines while on vacation!

How do you get around while on vacation?

Bicycles are a popular mode of transportation in Hilton Head. Once you rent through Beachside HHI, you can rent bicycles directly from us and have them delivered to Timeless Treasure upon arrival. Be sure to look up the Sea Pines trolley schedule for your trip. The trolley runs during the peak season and is free to access.

Note: This home is located in a private, gated community. Gate passes are required for entrance. Reservations include 1 complimentary gate pass, but additional passes can be purchased directly through us. Sea Pines does restrict the number of vehicles/gate passes per property. Parking is available for 6 vehicles at Timeless Treasure.

Note: Pool can be heated for an additional fee. Inquire for pricing as it differs seasonally. The heater for Timeless Treasure is propane.
