Wonderful Wilmington
I am so happy to have found this gem in the heart of the historic district! The scene from the balcony is magnificent and the location is just steps away from the most unique shops and restaurants. I enjoyed my morning walks on the boardwalk and quick drives to must have staples. I highly recommend this beautiful location! Cannot wait to return to my newest favorite spot!

Picture perfect downtown condo
The property is conveniently located in downtown Wilmington near all the shopping and restaurants. It is very clean, quiet and safe. The view from the balcony provided many picture opportunities especially at sunset. If sraying in downtown Wilmington and looking for a place you can park your car and walk to everything, I would highly recommend this place.

May marvel.
Jim and I were in town for a family event. We do better on our own to come and go from the hubbub of the crowd. Retreating to the waterfront balcony was perfect for us. We were able to enjoy the walk, nightlife and food as if we were locals. Parking was not an issue at all. They had a well thought out plan that worked for us and was most definitely a plus. Highly recommend this condo for a stay in the heart of Wilmington NC. . .

Great Stay
From check in to check out our stay was perfect. Easy in and out, centrally located to many shops, restaurants and bars. The view from the balcony is awesome whether it is watching street traffic (people watching lol) or enjoying the boats and water view. I do not have a single complaint and would go back there if the time comes.

What a view!
Perfect location in downtown Wilmington, right on the river. The condo was spotless and had all you need. Secure. Free parking with pass just a block away. Host’s directions for everything were spot on and easy to follow. The view was amazing, watching fireworks and sunsets at night and people, pets and boats by day. Great food on every street. And close to all the Tree Hill locations for any fans. Definitely will be back to explore the shopping next time.

Location is great! View of the River Walk & battleship off the balcony! The sunsets from the porch were beautiful. Inside the condo was very quiet even though it is in downtown. Will stay there again.

We had a great stay at your condo! It was the best location! We walked to some really cool bars and restaurants and the food was amazing. The directions to access the property was point on. The parking pass was golden!!! The condo was clean and comfortable! Highly recommend this property!

When we got there the parking pass was nowhere to be found. 45 minutes later the landlord brought one by for us. Had to communicate through Vrbro messaging or text, he didn't answer his phone when I called, had to leave message then he would call back. When we left instructions said to pull sheets off of bed and leave at foot of bed. When we did the mattress was stained and soiled all over. We thought it was nasty when we saw this even though there were sheets between the mattress and us. No plastic cover was even on the mattress. Thus the reason for not giving 5 star rating across the board. We loved everything else.

Fit our(wife and me) needs perfectly. Location on the river at the heart of old town was great. Priced good. Inside garage parking in next block included. This required a shot walk that I enjoyed each time. Only small issues. I use a CPAP and needed an extension cord which I brought as I have the same issue in many hotels. I like toasting bread or bagels. Without a toaster or toaster oven I used one of the nonstick pots provided. We had all we needed for light cocking. We had a very nice stay. I would rent again.

Wonderful!
Wonderful condo! Right in the heart of the area I wanted to be in! I walked to the RR Museum, Cotton Exchange, Old City Market and to the Bellamy House Mansion. My husband is handicapped and stayed in the condo the whole time and was quite comfortable! We didn't do any cooking when there, but had everything provided if we had wanted to. Great condo!

Wonderful view & homey feel.
The view from the balcony is beautiful!! The location can't be beat to walk to shops & restaurants. The bed was harder than we personally like BUT all in all this place is highly recommended and we will be back again!! The host was very thorough in the details. Getting to the condo in the description was spot on and even felt like a very short scavenger hunt. You will not be disappointed!
