Casa Bella is a beautifully decorated modern 3 bedroom 2 bath home with a private pool and sunrise/sunset deck extending out into the Atlantic Ocean for some of the best sunrise and sunset views in the Keys! This is a spacious waterfront home with a gated pool, tiki hut, outdoor shower a private sunrise/sunset dock. This Vacation Rental is conveniently located centrally in Marathon, the heart of the Florida Keys.

The home includes 3 bedrooms plus one bonus bunk bed common area. The master bedroom is located up a 2nd set of stairs, located on the highest level with a king-size bed. Here you can enjoy views of the open ocean from inside or out, with a deck located just outside the sliding glass doors. A bathroom is located inside the master bedroom. Outside of the master, you will walk down a small flight of stairs to find additional guest rooms and a bonus area with 2 sets of bunk beds! The home sleeps 8 guests comfortably and this is also the legal capacity. The 2nd bedroom includes a queen bed, closet and dresser space, and a TV. There is a common area as you walk to the final guest room, a large space that includes 2 sets of bunk beds with 2 twins and 2 full beds. The bunk area is not a room and does not have a door, but great for kids and extra guests.  The 3rd bedroom also includes a queen bed with closet space, dressers, and a TV.

All of the decor in the home is brand new and beautifully decorated by the new homeowners. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and utensils, pots and pans; enough to cook for your whole group! Take your meal outside on the screened-in deck, or enjoy the air conditioning inside.

The outdoor pool area (maybe heated for an additional charge) is enclosed with a gate, and just beside it there is a tiki hut with plenty of shade to go around! Once finished, you have the opportunity to rinse off in the poolside shower. Take a walk on the dock and find seating to enjoy the views. This dock is not suitable for boating and we ask that you do not attempt to dock any kind of boat here for liability purposes. The depth of the water is inconsistent and could pose a potential danger. If you choose to swim in the water, please do so at your own risk.
