WELCOME TO PARADISE!
Nestled in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood you will find our home which features a HEATED pool and game room! This charming home sleeps 6 people and provides plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It is only 5 miles from Clearwater beach- the #1 beach in America! Within 10 miles you will find many, white, sandy beaches that line the gulf such as Bellair, St.Pete, Indian Rocks, Indian Shores, and Honeymoon. Here you will find sand as soft as snow.

THE SPACE:
Serenity by the Sea is a bright and airy home that features an open concept living room and dining room so that the entire party can be together while cooking and hanging out.
The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee, sugar, and everything you need to cook a good meal.
Our home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The master bedroom consists of a queen bed with a bathroom attached.
The second bedroom has two single beds, and the third bedroom has one king bed. Open the back door to the patio and you will find an outdoor vacation oasis which includes a private, enclosed, patio and pool.
Enjoy your time by the heated pool relaxing on the pool chairs, lounging around the fire pit, grilling out, and hanging out on our outdoor sofa. Please note that there is a jacuzzi but it is not a hot tub. It will be heated to the same temperature of the pool.
Head to the beach with beach chairs and beach towels provided for your convenience. After a fun filled day playing at the beach or swimming in the pool we have more fun waiting for you in the home! Play a game of bags, or hang out in our game room! We have provided board games for all ages, a basketball hoop, an air hockey table, and an arcade machine.
Are you someone that likes to have your laundry done before you get back from vacation? We have you covered! Use our fully equipped laundry room at anytime!

Guest agrees to have a responsible adult supervising minors while they swim in the pool. Guest is hereby notified that the pool can be dangerous and Guest accepts fully the risks involved.

GUEST ACCESS:
There is a driveway with four parking spaces. Guests will be provided a private, electronic combination for the duration of their stay that will be provided to them on the day of check-in.
Please note that there are three security cameras outside of our home. Locations: above the garage (driveway view), Above the right side of the garage (facing the right gate to the backyard) and on the left side of the property (facing the gate of the property).

OTHER DETAILS:
Want to go grocery shopping for your stay or need to run to the pharmacy? There are many convenience stores within 5-10 minutes of our home.
There are also great restaurants and local shopping within 2-3 miles of our home.
If you are looking for other things to do besides going to the beach you can enjoy a sunset tour on the ocean, rent a boat or kayak, take a dolphin tour, or spend the day golfing!
You can also find a lot to do within 30 minutes of the home. You can spend your day traveling only 30 minutes to visit Tampa. Tampa is known for amazing food and great night life. You can also visit Busch Gardens and the Tampa Zoo for a fun day with the kids. It is also pertinent to mention that Tampa is a city of champions! It is highly recommended to make it to a sports game to see the 2021 Super Bowl Champions- The Bucaneers, and the 2020 Stanley Cup Champions- The Lightning.
St.Pete is another great destination for activities. Explore the brand new pier, go to a Rays baseball game, or go out to for a great dinner.
There is so much to do that the possibilities are endless!
