We offer you a peaceful vacation in our magnificent family villa for 12 people, nestled in the heights within a gated and secure estate with a stunning view of the Cannes bay and the Estérel. It promises a serene holiday in complete privacy while being close to the major cities of the French Riviera.

Our spacious 280 square meter villa is perfectly designed to comfortably host your family or friend gatherings. It is divided into two distinct houses, each with its own entrance, ensuring both privacy and sociability for all guests. With a total of 6 bedrooms, including 3 with double beds, 3 with single beds, and 2 convertible sofa beds, this setup provides comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. The 4 available bathrooms also ensure easy access and convenience for all occupants. Each house comes with a welcoming living room, a functional kitchen for meal preparations, and boasts several terraces with different orientations.

Discover the charm of our 6000 m² garden, a spacious green space where tranquility reigns. This garden, adorned with several terraces, offers the perfect setting to enjoy the outdoors, whether for a moment of relaxation or for sharing meals with family and friends. At the heart of this verdant setting, you'll find a saltwater pool, perfect for cooling off during the hot summer days. Nearby, a summer kitchen equipped with a barbecue awaits to prepare tasty grilled meals, promising good times of conviviality. The various terraces allow you to choose your favorite spot at any time of the day. Enjoy, in particular, a terrace near the pool that offers a beautiful view of the Bay of Cannes, ideal for admiring the summer fireworks. The absence of opposite neighbors ensures your privacy, leaving you alone with the natural beauty of the Estérel and a clear view of the surroundings.

A large parking space is available for 5 cars.

LOCATION:
The villa is located in Les Adrets de l'Estérel, 15 minutes from the Canton of Fayence, 20 minutes from Cannes, 20 minutes from Fréjus/Saint-Raphaël, 5 minutes from the highway, and 40 minutes from Nice airport. The Canton of Fayence consists of 9 historical villages and numerous restaurants known for their high-quality local cuisine.

ACCESS FOR TRAVELERS:
Travelers will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay. Key handover will be done automatically via a key box from 4 pm at the accommodation's address.

ADDITIONAL FEES:
Linen is provided for stays of 6 nights or more; it will be optional at an additional cost for stays of less than 6 nights and upon request. An additional payment request may be made for the tourist tax depending on the booking platform chosen.

SERVICE:
To facilitate your arrival, check-in will be done online via a link we will send once the booking is confirmed. Following this, you will have access to a digital welcome booklet available for the duration of your stay. You will find all information related to the arrival procedure, the operation of the accommodation, good addresses, and more.

DEPOSIT:
A deposit in the form of an online bank imprint may be requested at the time of booking depending on the platform through which you choose to book our accommodation.
