Suite Flat Lou is a modern 15 m2 studio located on the ground floor of a building with elevator, offering a unique immersion in the heart of Cannes. Designed to reflect comfort and conviviality, this studio is an invitation to experience Cannes in the most authentic way possible.

The Flat Lou suite is arranged as follows:

- Cosy main room with double sofa bed, TV and dining table.
- Open-plan kitchen fully equipped with coffee, sugar and tea capsules.
- Practical bathroom with shower gel kit, shampoo and hairdryer.
- Comfortable toilet in bathroom.

Enjoy the conveniences offered in the apartment, designed to enrich your stay with an extra touch of comfort and attention to detail:

- Tumble dryer, Iron, Ironing board, Refrigerator, Freezer, Large-screen TV, Free Wi-Fi.
- Hotplates, Microwave, Oven, Toaster, Kettle, Nespresso machine, Hairdryer.

The apartment is entirely reserved for travelers, and you have access to the entire apartment.
