ROSE Vacances offers you this tastefully renovated family home full of character, right in the heart of the Presidents district, a stone's throw from Tanchet beach and the shops (bakery, butcher's, fishmonger's, etc.).

This two-storey house can accommodate up to 5 people and is fully equipped to ensure that you enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind.

With its enclosed garden planted with trees, this house is the ideal place to get together with family or friends!

On the ground floor, the accommodation comprises a large hallway with a separate toilet, leading to a living room with TV, WiFi, coffee table, armchair and sofa, and a spacious dining room with table and chairs for enjoying a good meal.
The kitchen is separate and fully equipped: oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine (filter and Nespresso), dishwasher... Access to the terrace and garden.

Upstairs, two large bedrooms, each with a double bed (160cm), a wardrobe and bedside tables.
A third "children's" bedroom with 1 x 90cm bed and a desk.
A fully-equipped shower room: shower cubicle, washbasin with cupboard, towel rail, hairdryer and WC.

Outside, you can enjoy a pretty wooden terrace on stilts, furnished and equipped with garden furniture. Perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach.
There are two small outbuildings with a shower and a laundry area with all the necessary cleaning equipment.

Vehicles can be parked in the driveway.

For all arrivals after 8pm, we offer a "late arrival" package (supplement). To be agreed with our concierge before your arrival.

End-of-stay cleaning - service offered by the concierge, to be booked on arrival (supplement payable).
