This fully furnished end-unit 2-bedroom, 2-bath open floor plan flat offers a modern space for you, family & friends to gather & celebrate life together in this safe & quiet urban neighborhood. It has high end finishes & a very nicely equipped gourmet kitchen with a large island which also serves as extra dining space or a comfortable, casual work space.

You can’t miss the wall of windows & loads of natural light as you enter the open, spacious living area. It flows well & is all on the same level so no stairs to climb! There’s ample seating, a 56-inch Roku Smart TV & an overhead fan. Dining for 6 plus 4 island bar stools sit next to a gourmet kitchen roomy enough for 2+ cooks. Enjoy a glass of wine & watch the sun slip away on the large covered patio off the kitchen & master suite. There's outdoor dining for 6, extra seating, shade & breezes as well as access to nature & easy outdoor living. A community open green space is just across the street.

Both roomy bedrooms feature King-sized memory foam beds & overhead fans so you & your guests can rest in comfort. The master offers a 5-piece bath en suite. The second bedroom has a convenient rear entry & a bathroom across the hall. Both rooms have walk-in closets & dressers to store your things as well as full-length mirrors. 2 additional true queen-sized air mattresses provide room for up to 2 extra people to sleep in the unit for up to 6 guests total (up to 4 guests in king beds & up to 2 extra guests on air mattress). Extra guests must be indicated when the reservation is made (additional guest fees apply). The master closet is large enough to accommodate a true queen-sized air mattress for those who want to have kids or others nearby in the master suite.

Holiday Magic in FOCO
Best of everything! Very comfortable and well appointed property. Retired couple and two small dogs spent 30 days over the Xmas holidays with our son, daughter in law and two grandaughters. We comfortably hosted meals with our family and enjoyed all the seasonal magic that Fort Collins had to offer during this festive period. The property is a 20 minute walk to the center of town. We f and offered a warm and comfortale experience

Fantastic home with an excellent location!
Everything about this HOME made it perfect for an enjoyable stay. An exceptionally well equipped kitchen with sharp knives (that was a first), room to spread out, lots of storage for your stuff and a wonderful covered patio to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Plus, you have easy access to the Poudre Trail, an easy one mile walk or short drive to downtown (restaurants, breweries and shopping) and lots of nearby front range hiking. Further out you have Denver, the Rockies and lots of other places to explore! Looking for a reason to go to Wyoming, hike the Vedauwoo Turtle Rock Loop in Medicine Bow National Forest, about 1.5 hours away. Beautiful with the potential to see moose! Looking for an excellent meal, go to Henry's Pub in Loveland, everything is delicious!

Great long(er) stay and base to explore downtown
We stayed at Linda’s place for approximately 45 days. We were staying in between selling and moving our house with 2 kids so we used the property as home from home. It’s VERY well equipped. There was nothing we couldn’t find in the kitchen. It’s a quiet neighborhood with great access to local breweries and walkable to downtown. You can connect to the Poudre bike trail and get anywhere in the city which our kids loved. We had to make two changes to our length of stay. Linda was responsive and each time resolved promptly which gave us great piece of mind. She even changed her own personal plans to accommodate. Great host, great property.

Wanted to be near my daughter and have my own place.
Very nice place....bed super comfortable. The kitchen was amazing---the best I have ever stayed at---it had everything you could possibly need for cooking, which I did daily. Tv was very easy to figure out, living room very comfortable. Loved sitting out on the patio with a good book when the weather permitted. It was in the best location for me because I travel with my mountain bike and was able to ride on the many trails right from the condo. Also walked to old town several times and O'dells brewery. The owner was the most attentive person I have ever dealt with. 5 stars all around!
