Step into the spacious open floor-plan living area, where a comfortable sectional sofa invites you to unwind while enjoying your favorite shows on the large-screen smart TV. The living area seamlessly flows into a family-friendly dining room, perfect for gatherings and meals.

Indulge your culinary passions in the smartly designed modern kitchen, boasting beautiful quartz countertops and ample workspace. Fully outfitted for meal preparation and dining needs, this kitchen is a chef's delight.

Embrace outdoor bliss on the spacious screened-in porch, furnished with comfy furniture where you can soak in the breathtaking marsh front and riverfront views. Enjoy Charleston sunsets, play corn-hole, or gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings.

Retreat to the comfortable bedrooms, each offering a unique ambiance. The entry-floor master suite features a luxurious California king bed, direct access to the porch, and a large hot tub bath with a lovely stand-up shower. The mid-level bedroom offers two comfortable twin beds, a smart TV, and nice views. On the top floor, you'll find two more bedrooms, one with a comfortable king bed and the other with a queen bed, both adorned with high-quality linens.

Bathroom details include a master suite bathroom with a large hot tub bath and stand-up shower, a mid-level bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and a renovated full bathroom on the top floor with high-quality fixtures and a shower/tub combo.

Ample parking is provided with driveway space for four vehicles, and there is a strict NO street parking policy to avoid towing. You WILL be towed if parking in the street.

Boat enthusiasts will appreciate the boat-friendly amenities, including parking space in the driveway or garage and access to the community boat ramp just one block away for exploring the Ashley River and historic plantation gardens.

To maintain a clean and healthy environment, a strict no-smoking policy is enforced on the premises, including the porches and garage. House guidelines emphasize respectful behavior, including adherence to city quiet hours from 10PM to 6AM, and exterior cameras ensure safety for all guests.

If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and/or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest.

This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of North Charleston's Ordinance rules.

Long weekend in Charleston
We visited Charleston for a long weekend in order to see Friday and Saturday night shows at Credit One stadium. The house was close to the airport, the stadium, and downtown, so getting around in a rental car was a breeze. The property was beautiful, and everything available was as described in the listing and reviews. The experience was great, and I would recommend this property for others making a similar trip. Couple of suggestions for potential improvements: 1) provide towels that can be taken to the beach; beach access is one of the draws of Charleston and being fined for taking the towels in the house to the beach makes a beach trip a tricky proposition. 2) window treatments in the bedroom with the twin beds on the 1.5 floor; our friends who stayed in this room were unable to sleep after sunrise because there was no way to limit the light coming into the room. 3) additional mirrors in rooms/bathrooms other than the master bedroom/bathroom I'm happy to address any of these suggestions or answer any questions about this. Thanks for a great stay!!

Family Vacation
Wonderful place to stay. Quiet & peaceful. I really enjoyed sitting on the deck drinking my coffee. The open concept of the house worked great for my two yr old great grandson. He just ran in circles, space for him to have fun withot getting in trouble lol. We all enjoyed our stay, highly recommend it! Thank you for having it nice and clean when we arrived, we couldn't have asked for better place for our family vacation ❤️!

Clean and comfortable
Very clean home inside and out. Beds and couch were extremely comfortable. Bathrooms were nice. Kitchen well stocked and enjoyed having a counter topp ice maker for afternoon cocktails. Only thing I would say is that the "dock" is not really a dock but rather a small area over marsh. No access to water for crabbing or fishing so if you are looking for direct water access this isn't it, but still very peaceful and nice view in the mornings and evening from the "dock"

Very Nice Property Within 20 Minutes of All the Activities!
Overall, we would recommend the property to anyone. Comments below are to help others and StayDuvet. Largest concern was lack of message before our stay. Less than 5 days away from our stay and and no follow up messages received. I contacted with 4 days left and they said instructions are normally sent 3 days before. 2 days before the stay - no instructions. Upon reaching out to them a second time, they immediately sent them. This did cause quite a bit of stress; This could be easily resolved with emails within 2 weeks saying that instructions would be mailed 3 days before the stay, and ensuring that message actually is delivered. My biggest complaint is pretty minor… Here are some observations. - Overall, property management was AWESOME. We had an issue with an A/C unit not working on the second floor. We contacted property management around 5:30 pm that first evening and they had a maintenance person there before 8:00 pm that found the problem and corrected it. 5+ stars for that!!! First the “not great”: - Towels were a bit difficult to locate - they’re in a hall closet not to any bathroom. - The number of towels available is small. - We found a number of items that were could use a little TLC - There was a sagging shelf in the kitchen; things were about to fall. We took it upon ourselves to fix it. - The kitchen faucet was not tightly affixed to the sink. We again fixed it - The dishwasher is missing a wheel on the bottom drawer - it made moving that drawer in and out quite difficult. In all the cases above, an inspection by StayDuvet would have quickly identified these problems and been corrected. - One of the previous tenants must have had some pretty smelly seafood in the fridge. Some baking soda took care of it after a couple of days, but it was pretty off-putting at first. - Kitchen pans and utensils are a minimum. Serious cooks may want to bring more. Now for the “good” - The property itself is very nice and is in a nice neighborhood. There’s a reason it’s “pricey” - and it’s worth it. - Lots of space for even 2 families. The openness of the house made it great for our group. - Loved the screened-in porch overlooking the marsh / river. - Beds are comfortable. - Showers work well. - A counter-top ice maker was supplied. Very convenient! - Great choice of streaming services were appreciated! - Clean, well laid out property. Again, I would recommend this to any large party!
