You will love this family friendly three bedroom plus maids Villa in the Dubai Hills Estate. Spacious and full of charm you will love coming home here at the end of a busy day sightseeing. On the lower level you will find the maids room with a single bed and combined laundry facilities. The living room is incredibly inviting with several lounges for you to relax upon in front of you big screen TV. The kitchen is very roomy and packed full of everything you will need to make your daily meals at home, which you can then enjoy on the dining table or in the conservatory relaxing. This flows into the back garden which is green and luscious and awaiting for you to enjoy! Upstairs in the three bedrooms, there is a Queen Bed in the Master and two Single beds in the other two bedrooms all fit with Key Views signature linen which is so cosy and soft you won't want to wake up in the morning. All bedrooms have en suites featuring Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities.
There is covered parking for two cars.
The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
The refundable security deposit is 2500 AED.

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
