Welcome to your home away from home in the exclusive city of Palm Desert. Located within a 3 min drive to El Paseo, Palm Desert's own "Rodeo Drive,” you will enjoy shopping, and fabulous dining. This is the best location to stay in the desert. The large home is great for a romantic stay for two, or bring the family and sleep up to eight. The relaxing pool now has a removable safety fence. Hiking, tennis, golf and special events are all nearby. This lovely retreat books up quickly!

After a gorgeous renovation in 2021, this 3300 square foot designer vacation home has everything you need for an enjoyable getaway. From the moment you enter the steps of your home away from home a calming and open feeling will embrace you. With vaulted ceilings, the spacious open living room/dining room with a gas fireplace is a perfect retreat for family and friends. The large gourmet kitchen has a central island perfect for impromptu get-togethers. The house is outfitted with everything you need. The family room includes another gas fireplace, wet bar with a wine cooler and 65” smart TV and overlooks the private pool and spa.

The fresh, tranquil floor plan includes a primary king bedroom with seating area, generous closet space and a large ensuite jacuzzi tub/shower with separate toilet room. Two more beautiful full bathrooms with showers are nearby. All four chic fully appointed bedrooms include Smart TVs that feature DirecTV & Netflix. There are also plenty of additional luxury towels, linens and bedding in the linen closet.

The backyard fully embraces outdoor desert living and entertaining with a pool and spa that is surrounded by beautiful natural rock. All of the stunning tile and pool equipment was newly installed in late 2021. The outdoor oasis includes a rear shaded tranquil sitting and lounging area, BBQ and covered patio dining area with seating for eight.

We are committed to an enhanced cleaning process. This is our family vacation home so please treat it as your own.

Beautiful home exactly as advertised
Stopped by the day before to check out the location and saw Pat and Alan cleaning /packing up. Pat was kind enough to show me around. My son and I loved staying at Casa De Halcon and ended up extending for three extra nights. Have booked again for an even longer upcoming trip with the rest of the family in a few months. Looking forward to returning.

Outstanding House
Had an absolute wonderful stay for the month ! This is an excellent home, spacious, very clean, nicely decorated and everything you could possibly need was provided (loved the Nespresso machine & frother too). All the comforts of home. The area is perfect as your right by El Paseo with shops and restaurants. Hikes to multiple trails are close by. The neighborhood is quiet and the pool and backyard are beautiful. Pat and Allan were amazing hosts!! Always quick to reply to any concerns and they provided instructions for anything and everything you needed to know about the house. Our entire family and friends who visited loved this house! Thank you Pat and Allan for having us, we will be back.

Pat and Alan were great hosts. I hate to say it because others will book the place up, inevitably affecting our return one day, LOLOL, but the truth is the place is beautiful, peaceful and located in a very quiet neighborhood. My wife and I could not have been happier. The pool and grounds are well cared for, beautiful kitchen and lovely house inside. Well cared for. We look forward to our next stay. Beautifully appointed desert home
This is a lovely home and the owner has provided everything one would need to have a wonderful stay. The home was clean, the kitchen was well supplied, and the backyard was a delightful place to lounge and enjoy the pool and the BBQ. We would give this home the highest recommendation.
