As you walk through the front door of this luxurious, sunny residence you'll find two bedrooms on the terrace level. One is a twin over twin bunk room that is almost certain to be a hit with the kids! The other is a queen guest room which is the perfect place for older kids or Mom and Dad! Both bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms and flat panel televisions.
Head on up to the second floor where you will find the primary living space. The well-appointed and newly remodeled kitchen features brand new appliances and has everything you need to prepare the perfect meal for your family. The center island features bar seating for four. The table in the dining area has seating for eight. The kitchen and dining area open up to the family room which is outfitted with a large, flat panel television, Sonos speaker, two plush sofas and an oversized chair. On the second floor near the kitchen is a conveniently located half bath.
No matter where you are in this open concept living space, your family can regale each other with tales of adventure from your days spent either lounging at the beach, the spectacular lagoon pool, or taking in all the wonderful sights and sounds of Scenic Highway 30A!
