This apartment is just a short walk to the world’s largest shopping mall, some of Dubai's favorite tourist destinations, including Burj Khalifa and a lot of others like The Opera and the downtown bustle .

For your comfortable stay, the apartment is fully equipped with all amenities you may need. And we, your host, are always available to help and guide, as needed.

1. Please treat the home as your own, keeping it tidy and using the equipment like you would use yours.
2. Please switch off all lights and any unwanted switch off before you leave the apartment while checking out and also whenever you are not in the apartment.
3.Please put the Key card in lock box properly to avoid damage.
4.Passports of all guests (including infants and children) must be submitted ahead of your stay in order to comply with Dubai law
5.Please respect the neighbors, and avoid loud music after 10PM.
6. Parties or major gathering are not allowed as per property rules. However, small gathering are acceptable if kept neat and low noise is maintained.
7.Smoking is permitted only in the balcony.
8.If a guest locks themselves out of the property OR they do not place access card in the lockbox at checkout, a 500AED charge will apply.
9.If a guest loses the access card during their stay, a 500AED replacement charge will apply.
10. We encourage our guests to not engage in any illegal activities that could be seen as distasteful or disrespectful to local practices.
11. Our guests are requested to check all appliances at the property if those are working as they check-in and report, as required. Any damage post that will be the responsibility of the guest barring minor replaceable as decided by the host.
12. Please keep the balcony glass door closed all times whether you are in or out of the room to avoid vaporization and water in AC ducts.
