Escondido 2361 is in the perfect spot! Located a few minutes off of I-15, this home offers comfort and convenience. It is very close to shopping and fun, but also tucked away from the craziness of the city. Just up the road, you will find the famous Canyon Park & Hell Hole Trailhead. This park provides easy access for walkers, runners, and cyclists. It also includes a challenging Ninja Style Obstacle Course for fitness enthusiasts of all ages, as well as fast-moving slides, rope climbing structures, and a fun playground. Come enjoy a little "Bit of Paradise"!

This beautiful 5 bedroom / 4 bathroom townhome can comfortably sleep up to 18 guests. This home is built in one of the new Ivory Homes Resort Communities, just outside of St. George. You will be surrounded by stunning Red Rock Mountains and scenery, local petroglyphs, and fossils. Each room is equipped with a Smart TV, perfect for relaxing and watching a movie after a long day of exploring. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, including the master bedroom. The floor plan is open-style with tons of room for entertaining and spending time with your loved ones. There are 3 additional bedrooms upstairs that surround the loft area, as well as 2 more bathrooms. This property is amazingly decorated and has the most beautiful furniture. You will feel so comfy and cozy at Escondido 2361!

we choose to stay here every time we are in town because of how amazing it is. everything is spotless upon arrival, if we ever need anything the management is so quick to respond and assist. the pool area is what the kiddos love most and it's seriously the best! close enough to town that it's a quick drive but feels more secluded which is an added plus!!

Nice place in a convenient location
Overall I would recommend this rental. Clean. Well appointed. Plenty of space for family to gather. Conveniently located. Pool with lazy river was nice but the pool key was missing and the management company was never able to provide us with a key so we had to either climb the fence or try to follow someone else in. Didn't have any other issues but based on those interactions don't expect any assistance from them if you do run into any.

The kitchen cupboards were dirty along the bottom of the island where the chairs are and the garbage can. Pots, pans, and Tupperware was mixed between my unit and the unit next door. there was another gauge in the wall at the end of the table....I had fixed all of them on my last visit in January. Everything else looked good and was clean and organized.

Nicely kept property, great location and easy to get to St George and Tuachan. Only issues were the cleaning crew was still cleaning when we checked in at 4 and had to wait about 20 minutes until we could get in, and there was some popcorn in one of the beds that wasn't cleaned up from previous visitors. But honestly great place overall!!

Great Accommodations, Close to Everything!
My youth group and leaders stayed 3 nights and it was fantastic. We were close to St. George and to Zions which made it very convenient. The home was fantastic with everything we needed especially all the space and bedrooms. The hosts were excellent to work with and communicated all along with us to make sure our needs were met. Loved it!!!
