Water Pointe 1 is an ocean front condominium community located at 4619 South Ocean Blvd in Windy Hill Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. This section of South Ocean Blvd is a dead end with no through traffic, no retail, no restaurants, and very little noise, yet only a mile from all the miniature golf, restaurants, and shopping you could ever want.

This 3 bed / 2 bath residence includes the following:

Wonderful Week
We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. There were four of us and we had two younger kids. They had a few board games which as great. The unit was clean, spacious and the view was amazing. We will definitely book this room again in the future. Happy Crab was very responsive to any questions we had. We had a great time!

First time in North Myrtle and what a great time. Condo was perfect and clean. We had some minor issues that were handled right away and what a friendly staff! Made our stay better! Definitely will be back!

Family vacation
Randy was very easy to communicate with and we loved thw location. The view was awesome and the condo looked exactly as in the pictures. The unit was very quite. We enjoyed our stay. It was a surprise to see not only was there luggage racks to use but shopping cards as well. The building was very secure and we felt very safe. We would stay here again...
