This Flexhome features direct access to the Fiserv Forum through an attached skywalk, a rooftop patio with skyline views, a fitness center, lounge, and more.

The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.

- Connected to the Fiserv Forum through an enclosed skywalk
- 5 minute drive to Downtown, Third Ward, and Marquette University
- Walkable to the Deer District, Water St. bars, and Pabst Brewery District

Parking:
- This listing includes one free parking space in a secured parking garage (the 5th Street Parking Structure) which has direct and enclosed access to the building. Instructions for accessing the garage will be provided prior to your arrival
- Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs $20/day (and increases during events)
- The garage has a vertical clearance of 8'2" which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans
- Metered street parking is also available directly outside the building on Juneau

Other things to note:
- The bedroom has a sliding barn door for privacy, however please note that the top of the dividing wall between the bedroom and living room is partially exposed. Please see the listing photos for reference.
- There is some potential for traffic or other street noise due to the central location of the property. Disposable ear plugs are provided for guests just in case.

Early check-in:
- We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee
- Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in
- All requests require 24 hour notice and are subject to availability

Requirements:
- Complete ID verification, agree to House Rules, and pay $200 refundable security deposit

Non-refundable fees: refunds for cancellations are based on the listing's cancellation policy and exclude processing fees in the amount of 3% of the total transaction cost or $20, whichever is greater
Check-in/Check-out:
Unless otherwise stated, self check-in is anytime after 3pm and self check-out is by 11am.

House Rules:
1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses
2. No smoking ($150 fee)
3. Quiet time after 10pm
4. Authorized guests only and no booking on behalf of others
5. $100 charge for unreturned fob, $40 charge for unreturned parking pass

HVAC:
The thermostat on the wall controls the temperature.

Trash:
Trash chutes are located on the other side of the elevators (opposite direction as atrium). Cardboard, styrofoam, and large items must be disposed of in lower level trash room.

Laundry:
Free in-unit washer/dryers are available along with laundry detergent.

Keurig Coffee Maker:
To operate the Keurig, fill the water basin in the back of the machine with water, open top lid and add new K-Cup, close lid, choose quantity, and press the start button.

Music/Speakers:
The speaker connects via bluetooth. Hold the pairing button for a few seconds until the speaker beeps and the lights on the back flash blue. You can then connect your device.

TV:
The smart TV is equipped with apps such as Netflix and Hulu, allowing you to log in to your streaming account of choice. You can also stream content from your devices using the included Chromecast. Just open the Chromecast app on the TV (if no app is shown then this step will be automatic), open the content you'd like to stream, click the Chromecast wifi-looking symbol on the video play bar, and choose the device you'd like to stream to.

Mail & Deliveries:
The package room is on the 1st floor at the end of the hallway on the opposite side of the building as the atrium. The code to access the room is 1009 and packages are organized by floor.

Supplies:
Extra cleaning supplies and paper products are provided in sink cabinets and storage shelves. If basic supplies are out of stock, please reach out to us and we'll get you taken care of.
