Beach chic family room, great place to cozy up and watch a movie after a long day at the beach, seating for 7 and a Samsung 55' TV.


Unit A - master bedroom includes a king bed, ensuite bath with standing shower, and twin day bed. Guest bedroom #1 has 2 twin beds, and shares hallway full bath, tub/shower combination.


West facing kitchen is bright and fully equipped with everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires. All beds and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens for your ultimate comfort. Additional amenities include air conditioning, WIFI, and cable. The duplex shares a washer/dryer, and 3 driveway parking spots. Additional street parking is available.

There are great ocean views throughout the top and bottom duplex, located close to all Carlsbad has to offer, beach (0.1 miles, or 2 minute walk), Starbucks/Vons/Rite Aid (0.5 miles or 10 minute walk), Legoland (4 miles, or 10 minute drive), Carlsbad Lagoon (1 mile, 4 minute drive), restaurants, cafes, train station, etc.


Carlsbad Lagoon is a great activity for the whole family to enjoy, and only 4 minutes away. The lagoon offers boat rentals, jet ski, paddle boarding, etc.


THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
Maximum occupancy of 5 for unit A, sleeps 5 people in beds (1 king bed, and 3 twins), and 3-4 day minimum stay.


There is no elevator so this home may not be appropriate for everyone.


There is no smoking inside or outside this property – NO EXCEPTIONS, NO PETS ALLOWED.

Laundry room shared with both units and is located on the first floor off the master bedroom, one washer/dryer.


This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
