Enter this 2-bedroom, 2-bath 1,000 sq. ft., single story home through the hand-carved canary wood front door, where you will be immediately transported into a Polynesian inspired retreat. Exotic wood trim accents the entire house while the bamboo ceiling fans circulate the refreshing ocean air.



To the left the living room boasts a new 70” flat screen TV, a fireplace, and an ultra comfortable oversized couch and love seat which provide sleeping for 3 since the couch converts into a queen sofa bed and the love seat converts into a twin bed – both with memory foam mattresses to ensure comfort for additional family or guests.
To the right is a dining room for 6 and a modern kitchen - which has every thing needed to satisfy your culinary desires. Just add the food!



There is also a desk nook on the living room on the way to the king master bedroom with air conditioning, a memory foam mattress, a ceiling fan, a large flat screen TV, and an ensuite bath with a soaking tub, a stand up shower, and a ceiling fan.



The 2nd guest bedroom has air conditioning, a memory form queen mattress, flat screen TV, and a remodeled bathroom. This home comfortably sleeps 4 in beds, with a maximum occupancy of 6 when using the sofa bed. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens for your ultimate comfort.



Additional features include a washer and dryer, WIFI, cable, and a private Jacuzzi hot tub in the back yard. This pet friendly rental home provides everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation!

This home is equipped with A/C in both bedrooms and the living room. All zones can be set to custom temperatures for your enjoyment!



This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: No parking available.

1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 50 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
