This spacious home will be just the place to bring the whole family, as the open floor plan boasts a beautiful double-sided stone fireplace in the ample living room and den, large windows, and a fully equipped kitchen that is more than ready to assist in memorable family dinners. Add that to the furnished deck with a hot tub and double-tiered balcony and you’ll find it hard to decide whether you want to relax inside or out. Enjoy a CARC Membership with access to a pool, hot tubs, and gym area.

The main level will be the hub for entertaining, as two living areas, beamed ceilings, plenty of seating for sharing meals, and two bedrooms each with its own flat-screen TV will allow everyone to mingle and spread out. If the young at heart still want to get a bit of energy out, the lower level of the home features an air hockey table and a flatscreen TV. When it is time to hit the hay, three bedrooms including the impressive primary suite complete with a private balcony await on the upper level!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
