With the stunning backdrop of the Smoky Mountains and an almost endless supply of activities, attractions, and shopping, you will literally never run out of things to see or do.

Living Spaces

As soon as you enter our mountain-themed cabin, you will feel a warm, inviting vibe welcoming you home. Light a fire in the gas fireplace as you cozy up in one of the butter soft leather sofas, overlooking the beautiful mountain views through the double set of windows. Enjoy a glass of your favorite beverage as you read a vacation novel or stream your favorite show on the TV with provided cable, Wifi, and a Fire stick for streaming. Or pop in your favorite movie on the DVD player and then make a big bowl of popcorn to share. Doesn't it sound perfect?

If you're feeling a bit more adventurous, challenge a friend or family member to a game of pool at the regulation-size table in the downstairs game room.

Cooking & Dining

A fully-equipped kitchen welcomes the family chef! Offering an abundance of cabinet space for all your groceries and counter space for food prep, creating a delicious meal is an easy task. Because we believe that meals should be shared and savored among friends and family, we have provided additional kitchen amenities. We hope you'll take advantage of a rice cooker, kettle, toaster, and knife set. A coffee bar features both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, with coffee and condiments provided. Brew yourself a cup of joe and take in the fresh mountain air and scenery from one of the rocking chairs on the front porch.

Enjoy the meal together at the dining table for 6 overlooking the front porch and breathtaking scenery. If you prefer an alfresco setting, take your meals on the open patio at the dining table for four.

Sleeping Accommodations and Bathrooms

Our home offers two ensuite bedrooms.
Upstairs is the Bear suite, with a king bed, and ensuite bath with tub/shower.
Downstairs is the Cabin suite, with a king bed, and ensuite with a walk-in shower.
We also offer full over full bunk bed in the game room downstairs.

Outdoor Amenities

Be sure to spend some time outside in nature. We make it easy! On the mid level of the home is a table for 4, just next to the hot tub. On the top-level is a comfy egg chair, and another table for 4 on one side. Two rocking chairs are outside the master bedroom. Each level offers the peace, serenity, and mountain vibe of the Great Smoky Mountains.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
* 8 guests MAX. Number of occupants are strictly enforced by the HOA.
* No pets are allowed at any time due. We love animals however we have chosen to maintain a pet free environment in our cabins. We do take this seriously so guests with allergies can feel comfortable to stay in a clean and pet free home.
* No smoking. Smoking in the house will be $300 fine.
* No party or event.
* RVs and Campers are prohibited in the resort. This is rule from HOA. Please DO NOT bring RVs to the cabin.
* Keep all trash in the trash bag and place them in the bear metal box. Do not leave trash outside of the bear box or front porch.
* Any sort of fired is not allowed on the property.
* No more than three cars parking at any time. Do not park on the street.
* Outdoor security surveillance cameras are around house perimeter and home entrance.
* Noise aware sensors may be installed inside and on the deck to monitor noise levels. Noise should be kept to reasonable level. We live in quiet neighborhood so please respect neighbors. No loud music after 10pm per city ordinance.
* This is family-oriented home and no parties or events allowed. We expect all guests to be respectful, mature and responsible. If you are trying to bring many people and planning for a party, this home is not for you. We provide warm, clean and tastefully decorated home for those who enjoy their travel experiences and family vacations. Please treat it as your own.
* Guests agree to comply with Sevier County Vacation Home Rental Ordinance. Failing to do so may result in fines and even eviction.
* Keep front door and windows are shut upon departure. It is not uncommon for animals to enter an unlocked door, and guests may be liable for any damage due to not following this policy.
* Covid 19: We increased surface cleaning and disinfecting protocol. Surfaces and highly touched areas are cleaned and disinfected.
* GUEST IS REQUIRED TO SIGN RENTER AGREEMENT
* SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED OF $300. DEPOSIT TO BE PROCESSED BY HOST ON GUEST'S CREDIT CARD.
* MINIMUM AGE OF PRIMARY RENTER IS 25 YEARS OLD
* No wheelchair access
*HOT TUB WATER MIGHT BE DRAINED COMPLETELY AND IT WILL TAKE 8 HOURS OR MORE TO HEAT UP. DURING THE COLD WEATHER SEASON, IT MIGHT TAKE LONGER TIME TO HEAT UP. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE DESIRED TEMPERATURE WILL NOT BE REACHED ON THE CHECK-IN DAY. IT WILL BE READY TO USE NEXT DAY AFTER YOU CHECK-IN.
