This place was perfect for my stay!!
This place is super cozy and perfect for an off Strip stay!! Loved having access to the pool on the hot day!! Bed seemed small at first, but was perfect and super comfy. I put on a movie and I slept like a baby!! Will definitely stay here again!!

My fabulous Vegas vacation
This property was exactly what I needed to make my stay fabulous. Everything was fresh and clean and I required no comfort that wasn’t here. If you’re in Vegas for more than a week, you’ll need a cosy repass off the strip to recharge. Wake up to blue skies, birds, chirping, and palm trees everywhere. Located in old affluent Vegas, you can feel super safe to go out for a little midnight stroll in this quiet pocket neighbourhood. The host Ronnie was absolutely lovely, Pre-stay conversations set my mind at ease, regarding arrivals in the dark and the ease of finding the place. One short, quick trip to the strip, and the recharged you is ready for another day!

Like the Goldilocks story, Just Right.
Clean, comfortable, and quiet location. Super easy to access and was close enough to the strip to be convenient but far enough away to be quiet and in a nice neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again. I’d say the only down side is the bed is a bit small but I’m also in the big and tall category so very suitable for most. Overall a great place to stay.

Our property is a Diamond in the Rough, located on a half acre close to everything in a safe custom neighborhood built in the 1960's for professors and mobsters ;) .

Additionally, we have multiple rent various types of units at our one location. We have:
a tiny house for one (1) guest
a "retro" studio for two (2) guests
a spacious serene studio for up to three (3) guests
very large 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom suite that sleeps up to eight (8) guests
Have a group of up to16 guests, we got you covered!
