Centrally located Charleston home away from home, set back from the street in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with convenient access to downtown CHARLESTON, 2 local BEACHES 12 MINUTES AWAY, a plethora of SHOPPING, DINING, and FITNESS options 1 mile away. Nature Retreat, located in Mt. Pleasant, backs up to protected forest. The grounds feature beautiful native live oaks, magnolias, camellias, gardenias, azaleas, as well as abundant wildlife.

Up to 10 guests will feel right at home in this beautifully renovated single story, 4 bed, 2.5 bath smart home which features hickory hardwood floors, Rinnai gas tankless hot water heater, 200mbps HIGH SPEED WIFI INTERNET, a NEST thermostat, G00gle mesh smart router, updated recessed can lighting and plenty of windows with blinds throughout. Guests can access home by self-check-in with digital combination code at front door.

The open floorplan features 2 living areas, and the chef inspired kitchen features Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, new shaker cabinets, French door refrigerator with ice maker, dual ovens with warming drawer, 5 burner GAS range with griddle and wok ring. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee maker which features single serve and coffee pot options, blender, microwave oven, Crock pot, and 4 slice toaster, as well as pots, pans, baking sheets, and all the kitchen utensils one could ever need!

The family room features a 60” flat screen TV with ROKU & blue ray player, fireplace with candle lanterns, and a solid wood FOOSBALL coffee table. The open living and dining room with HALF BATH can be closed off using the convenient pocket doors for quiet conversation, and features a queen sleeper sofa with a 5” memory foam mattress and 2 recliners, as well as a 6 person dining room table.

The split floorplan features a master bedroom with a KING bed, comfortable 12” pillow top mattress, en-suite bath with double vanity, tub/rain head shower, walk-in closet, and a 55” flat screen smart TV with ROKU & blue ray player, digital over the air channels, plush carpeting, and luggage rack.

Bedrooms #2 and #3 feature KING beds with comfortable 12” pillow top mattresses, 50” flat screen TV with ROKU & blue ray player, digital over the air channels, plush carpeting, and luggage rack.

Bedroom #4 features a twin & full bunk bed with 8” memory foam mattress, 42” flat screen TV with ROKU, blue ray player, digital over the air channels, and plush carpeting.

The 2nd full bath features a tub/rain head shower, and is adjacent to bedrooms #2, #3, & #4.

The tiled floor sun/game room features private views of the beautiful back yard, an AIR HOCKEY table, bar height pub table and chairs for hours of entertainment! There are also various board games, Trivial Pursuit games, etc.

The large back yard features a NEW 16'x28' Deck with Adirondack chairs and a stainless steel GAS GRILL, shaded canopy of live oaks that are over 100 years old, a patio table and chair set, as well as a FIRE PIT and chairs for your entertainment!

There is a CORN HOLE bean bag toss game and an electronic BASKETBALL arcade game in the garage for your entertainment.

For those laid back beach days, we have provided beach chairs in the garage for your use.

Guest access:
Entire home except the attic and two locked supply closets.

HOUSE RULES:
Quiet hours: 10pm-7am
Absolutely NO SMOKING in the house, including E-Cigarettes.
NO COOLERS inside the house. They can leak.
No fires in fireplace. (Battery operated candles are provided for your use).
Maximum of 10 occupants in home overnight.
Please remove your shoes in the house.
Please do not move large furniture from its location or remove anything from the home.
Please do not park in the grass. Ample parking is provided.
Please keep thermostat no lower than 68 degrees in the summer and no higher than 75 in the winter as this can damage the HVAC unit.
Please only put toilet tissue in the toilets.
Please lock all doors when you are not in the home.
Garage attic is off limits to guests due to safety.
Please turn child safety lock on the stove when not in use.
No unsupervised children allowed near the creek. Approach at your own risk.
Please sign out of any apps on the Roku you may have logged into before checkout.
Guests are responsible for any charges incurred through the use of the Roku. They are provided for your convenience to use with your credentials.
Please roll gas grill out of the garage before use, and turn off gas tank when not in use. Please place grill back in the garage when finished.

Other things to note:
We are committed to CDC enhanced cleaning processes. The home will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest/guests. Our cleaning process is as follows:
-We sanitize high-touch surfaces including door knobs, tables, chairs etc...
-We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination of surfaces.
-We refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room
-We provide extra cleaning supplies in the home, so if you choose you can clean during your stay.
-We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines.
