The Building where Suite Florio is situated was built in 1907, commissioned by the brothers Daniele and Sereno Florio who entrusted the project to Pietro Fenoglio, an Italian architect and engineer, considered one of the most important liberty interpreters in Italy.
The whole building has been fully restored in 2020, with a special care of any small detail that can maintain the concept of the original project but adopting high end materials in terms of soundproofing and insulation, a modern elevator, a central heating system with the highest technology and energy saving criteria. Air conditioning and WIFI are for free. The position is ideally perfect to Visit Turin, since all the main points of interest (Royal Palace, Palazzo Madama, Egyptian Museum, Cinema Museum) are within walking distance. There are useful shops nearby as: a Carrefour market, a pharmacy, many coffee bars and small restaurants where you can have any kind of meals you need: from an organic take away to a typical local food or a tasty Pizza. The public transportation are very convenient as well: only few stops and you can reach Porta Nuova or Porta Susa railway Station, both connected with the Turin airport guaranteed by runs every 15 '/ 30' which make stops in the main stations of Turin, (Porta Nuova and Porta Susa) Corso Umbria corner via Livorno and Piazza Stampalia (GTT stop)
