Start the day on your private, oceanfront deck with a cup of coffee and contemplate the day – down to the beach, or off to the shared pool? Head back inside through your sliding glass doors and make breakfast in your fully updated, well-equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and lots of counter space, including an enormous breakfast bar, a perfect place for your helpers to perch while you cook. After you get ready for the day in any of the three sizable bedrooms, head out to explore. Flagler Avenue, with its many bars, restaurants, and shops, is a little under four miles away. Or, just rent a bike and do a beach crawl, stopping along the way to soak up the sun. When you return, an enormous sectional and flatscreen TV await in the living room. And, if you can't agree on what to watch, there's another flatscreen and cozy couch upstairs in the loft – but you’ll probably be too distracted by the ocean view. Step outside, watch the moon rise over the Atlantic, and plan the next day’s adventures before bed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
