This new beach house is the only house in the east end of Malibu on the beach with no neighbors and a private sandy cove. The entry floor features the living room with stunning finishes, fireplace, pocket sliding doors & ocean front patio, the dining room on the water & custom kitchen with high end finishes & a floor to ceiling glass wine display. The master bedroom with beautifully designed bathroom & freestanding tub, expansive private deck & built in outdoor fireplace. All additional bedrooms have ocean views leading out to the expansive deck. There are is a second living room with wet bar with its own ocean front deck. This is one of the most unique beach house opportunities in Malibu.

In addition to having your own private beach, you are walking distance to two other beaches; Las Tunas Beach access point ( 3 minute walk ) and Big Rock Beach access point ( 8 minute walk ).

If you’re in pursuit of adventure, step out of your back door to play in the surf, walk along the beach, or watch for whales and dolphins from the comfort of your chaise lounge. Malibu also has world-class dining, shopping and hiking.

Day trips are easy. Whether you feel like driving to Santa Barbara for the day, or hanging out on the boardwalk in Venice, walking on the Promenade in Santa Monica, bringing the kids to Universal Studios, or visiting the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The house is situated only minutes from Pepperdine University, and easy access to UCLA and USC, the 10, 405 and Los Angeles airport.

Housekeeping:
Only the exit cleaning is included in the price of your booking. If you would like additional cleanings during your stay, there is an additional $395 charge per cleaning. The cleaners change all the linens on each cleaning visit. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to schedule additional cleanings.

Please Note: The beach conditions are controlled by Mother Nature. Beach access and the amount of dry sand and exposed rocks in front of the residence can vary greatly and can depend on the tide and currents at the time of your stay.
