Crystal Beach bliss awaits at this charming home! Located a few blocks from the beach, you can walk to the soft sand and rolling waves. Relax on the spacious deck after a fun-filled day. The covered patio offers an outdoor shower and al fresco dining space. Interior highlights include handsome wood flooring and a spacious open layout, ideal for group fun or quiet privacy. Stream your favorite shows on the TV equipped with a Roku or peruse the DVD library for a movie night. Home chefs will be pleased to find an array of helpful gadgets and a full suite of appliances in the kitchen. A starter supply of dish soap and paper towels provides additional convenience. When you’re ready to eat, share home-cooked meals around the table for eight in the dining area. Upon returning from the beach, an outdoor shower is handy for rinsing off. A picnic table awaits for festive alfresco meals. Soak up the sun or rest in the shade on the elevated wraparound deck.

One flight of exterior stairs from the parking area is required to enter the home.
The garage and empty lot next door are not part of the rental.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
