This is a non-smoking property.
+2 day stay minimum.
+Home is for registered guests ONLY, no exceptions.
+No pets.
+No pool parties or events.
+No loud music after 11pm.
+NO SMOKING allowed on the property, this includes around the outside perimeter of the property. If you or anyone in your party is a smoker, then this is NOT the house for you. If we find evidence of smoke in or around the home, you will be charged a minimum of $500 up to $2000 cleaning fee.
+Keep in mind there is NO LIFEGUARD AT THE POOL.
+The pool is 9ft. deep on the west end.
+There is no gate within the backyard around the pool.
+You will need to use the pool at your own risk.
+Children should be monitored at all times.
+No Running around the pool.
+The Pool is not heated. The jacuzzi is heated. Please send me a msg if you will be using the hot tub so I can send you the operating & fees instructions. The pool and hot tub is closed from Oct 01 through March 31.
+There is a $25 fee (per 4hrs) to turn on the hot tub. A property representative will stop by to turn it on and off for you if you elect to have this service.
+There are checkout procedures in place to ensure a smooth check out. Please refer to the manual at the front entrance.
