This home is a beautiful, two-story home on a private 1-acre lot. While in a beautiful neighborhood, it is also centrally located to downtown Haymount area (8 mins), main shopping areas such as Cross Creek mall (8 mins), Cape Fear Valley Hospital (5 mins), and to the main gate of Fort Bragg (10 mins).

Enjoy the private pool, the 75" screen TV in the movie room, the pool and foosball tables, the master bedroom balcony, a spacious kitchen, outdoor activities, and more at this decked out house!

This house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable for guests. All five spacious bedrooms are located upstairs while all of the living spaces are located down stairs. There is one formal living room, movie room, pool table room, formal dining room, office/reading nook, breakfast nook, and a great kitchen. This home is perfect for enjoying time with your friends and family!

The backyard is over an acre and includes a large swimming pool and massive deck. The pool is perfect for pool basketball and other pool fun (basketball hoops will be available in the spring and summer time). There is also plenty of yard space for outdoor games such as soccer, volleyball, badminton, spikeball, frisbee golf and more.

Guests will have access to the whole main home, the front yard and porch, the backyard and porch, and the pool. On the property there is also a detached garage. A long term tenant lives in the apartment above the detached garage and as such the garage is completely off limits to all Airbnb guests. This tenant will NOT enter the main residence or utilize any of the outdoor amenities during your stay. Please do not park directly in front of the right garage door in order to not block the driveway out.

Guests are permitted to park up to five cars/ vehicles at the property. All vehicles must park in the driveway, no street parking.

Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, a pool waiver, and the house rules before their stay.
