THE BASICS:
Primary renter must be 25 years old.

POOL INFORMATION:
Pool is heated to 86-degrees year-round. Pool depth is 3 feet on the shallow end, and 4 feet at the deep end.

GUEST COMMUNICATION:
Guests will receive a booking confirmation text message that includes a reservation rental agreement for your review and signature. Once rental agreement has been submitted, you will be directed to the Welcome Book which includes important information for your stay, including check-in details. The Welcome Book will be resent via text message and email 24-48 hours prior to your stay.

SUPPLY STARTER KIT:
Our Starter Kit includes a roll of 2 paper towels in each kitchen, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. It is just enough to get you started in our rentals, so you can relax first and visit the store later!
