Located above the townhome garage of 1706 Lago Bonita, this intimate rental sleeps two guests in a queen murphy bed. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, toaster oven and a microwave so that guests can conveniently prepare refreshments and meals. Wifi is also available. Beach access is only a short two-minute walk away.

This was great for the price! We stayed for the Blue Angles weekend. It was a perfect size for me my husband and our 5yr old slept with her sleeping bag on the couch. It was a half a block from the beach by walk and even though it was a busy weekend for the beach that particular area was not crowded. We did use the Gopher Carts service which I highly recommend to get if you around town if you don’t want to drive or walk. The only downside to this space was the mini fridge which is great for the space but definitely hard if you were trying to stay longer and needed more space for groceries so I would recommend bringing a suitable cooler which was our mistake it I would definitely stay again.

We were comfortable. Some things would have made it better. Murphy bed does not raise as in the photo so could not use couch. WiFi info was out of date and we had to call the office. Only 400 steps to beach and no umbrella or beach chairs included. Wouldn’t cook in frypan…so scratched up. A front doormat would have helped with tracking in sand.

The location was great i loved only having about a 5 min walk to the gulf. It was a little difficult to find the office to check in. The keyless entry wasn't described well and was difficult to figure out. When we arrived the place was hot because someone had left the bathroom window open. I luckily found out and closed it, but they're was no lock on this window. The garbage disposal was locked up but luckily we dislodged the rock and got it working again. The wifi did not work at all. The wifi and password were both incorrect. Someone even came out to help us but we were told the wifi info was incorrect, sorry. So we were not able to do our work through our computers on wifi (not good). The little outdoor area pictured beneath the stairs was overgrown with briars and unusable. I feel that we should have gotten some sort of discount or refund for the issues, but we did not. This place is VERY small. But we did not spend much time inside.

Perfect for two
My wife and I stayed here and it was just what we needed for a kid-free beach getaway. The walk to the beach from here is not bad at all, and we saved a little money by not getting a unit with beach front.

This property is exactly what is shown in the pictures. It’s cozy and for my wife and I it was a perfect size for an extended weekend getaway.

This could be a very nice little condo. It was hot and the air conditioning didnt work well enough
This property could have been an adorable little place. Space was fine for two people. The sofa was terribly nasty and stained( we would not sit or lay anything on it) the tv channels are extremely limited and seem to be sharing with several other people. I think we may have gotten two different networks the entire time there and was frequently kicked off. The air conditioning wasnt nearly cool enough even for a small place. For the cost it would be a no for us on a second time. The host Carey was however very nice

The property had hassle free parking with a short walk and easy access to the beach. Beach area was nice and private. It is perfect for a couple that just needs a clean simple place to sleep. Wasn’t happy about how the check in process was delayed due to waiting on the property inspection we could not get early check in and we actually entered after the allowed check in time . The inspector was still inspecting the property after we finally received the key code . Overall it was a good experience and I would stay there again
