Flying Sea | Unbelievable Views, Great Fishing!

Wake up and have your coffee on the large deck of this bay front home while watching the Galveston Bay come to life in the morning.  This is a perfect quiet vacation rental for a family of 12.  Guests have only steps to take to fishing or swimming from the large outdoor area - boathouse included.  Guests may tie off their boats and be ready to go at a moment's notice for fishing, jet skiing or kayaking. Lounge on a deck chair and enjoy a beverage while watching the sunset off the western edge of the Galveston Bay.  Whatever your ideal beach getaway entails, you will love this power house extraordinaire!  While Bay Harbor homes do not have access to a boat ramp, guests may launch their boats at the public boat launch in Jamaica Beach. This home features night fishing lights located underwater as well as overhead fishing lights.  Please keep in mind there is a 10:00 o'clock curfew and noise ordinance in this neighborhood - not a party house!  No proms, weddings, parties of any kind allowed at this property.

Flying Sea is a bay front home in Bay Harbor Galveston with five bedrooms and room for up to 12 guests.   This home is located in the secluded Bay Harbor neighborhood where many permanent residents of Galveston reside.  If you are looking for peace and quiet this is the perfect location. The home is located away from the busy Seawall where the highest density of tourists are located.  The home features four bedrooms - all with king size beds. The fifth bedroom has a twin bed and a twin over full bunkbed (4) and the upstairs sitting area has a queen sleeper sofa (2).  The large open concept kitchen, dining and living areas keep everyone together while meals are prepared and the family makes lifetime memories in this very special home. Play a game, catch up with friends or work on a puzzle at the two dining tables (one seats 8, the other seats 4) there is plenty of room for everyone in this living space.  Guests DO NOT have elevator access at this home.  Owner has upgraded cable package to include movie channels and sports channel.

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals.

Bay Habor is located on Galveston's West End, about 18 miles from town, West of Sea Isle and East of Pointe West.

Please do not cast bait nets anywhere near the fishing lights. The bait nets will damage the underwater fishing lights.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.

The elevator/cargo lift is not available for guest use.

Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.

All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.


EXTENDED STAYS

Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.
