Cozy Lodgepole 3bdr Retreat in the Pines!

The LodgePole Cabin in the Pines is tucked onto a quiet street in the "Hidden Gem" community of Munds Park, yet just a 25 minute drive from Flagstaff. This home offers mountain country living with a large treed lot and charming comfort. Everyone will enjoy the pool/game room off the living room! This is a residential neighborhood. We ask that all groups respect the nature of our quiet neighborhood.

This is a single level three bedroom home. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.

You'll find a flat screen Smart TV in the living room and in the sitting room. Both TV's are equipped with basic cable while also allowing you to stream from your favorite platforms! Both rooms have a number of seating options for when groups want to come together, while also allowing 2 separate options for when opinions on what to watch differ!

The kitchen is fully equipped! Just add food and your own unique cooking style. You can truly do it all in this kitchen! There is also a dishwasher to help keep you focused on enjoying your stay.

The large fenced in backyard of this property is sure to impress! The patio is the perfect spot to BBQ, unwind, and watch the stars come out in the night sky! There are a multitude of seating options on the back deck with a large gas fireplace that is perfect on chilly nights!

The large driveway allows room for multiple cars as well as bringing a trailer with side by sides! A maximum of 5 vehicles are allowed at this rental.

Other things to note: This home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough paper products to last for the duration of your stay.

Absolutely no smoking on premises. If cigarettes are found on the property or cleaners detect smoke in the home there will be an automatic $350 charge.

Rental Agreement must be signed after booking is complete - please reach out if you would like to see the Rental Agreement prior to booking the home.

Please let us know at the time of booking if you will need a Pack N Play for your stay.
Groundskeeping is performed on the 3rd Wednesday of the month.

Relaxing Stay
We enjoyed our time & was a very relaxing stay, just what we were looking for during this Christmas season. We did notice that all the mattresses were firm, memory foam type. The kids enjoyed getting to play pool & the movie-like popcorn maker was a fun addition. The Rental representative, Tim, was incredibly kind, helpful & responsive.

Great location
We spent our vacation going to Sedona, Flagstaff, and the Grand Canyon. This unit was a good central location for us to enjoy all of these places. We had some difficulty getting the TV to work, and the house stayed very cold/drafty in some rooms. Management responded to all our questions promptly and helped us resolve the issues.

Quaint little place
Great place, very clean and spacious. Really enjoyed the pool table. BUT needs better management. Property Management team is 45 mins away. Check in instructions were to park on the left side of the house, we had to shovel the driveway to be able to park anywhere. I think the propane tank should be checked after each rental, we ran out of propane the second day. It was cold. With the management team that far away we were asked to go out in the heavy rain & 2' of snow to check and take pictures of the tank. No instruction manual to let us know where everything is. ie: panel location as we flipped a breaker when plugging in portable heaters because of no heat, how to use the TV and thermostat.
