The property is 2681 sf/Central AC/Fully Equipped Kitchen for 10+ people/full size Washer & Dryer/Free WiFi/No cable but four Smart TV's/Patio Furniture & Sun Loungers/Fresh Towels & Linens Included/Hair Dryers, Iron & Ironing Board.
Pool and spa/jacuzzi/pool heat - $35 per day. Need to be requested and paid 2 days before check-in. NO Child Safety Fence around the pool.
Keyless entry. We thoughtfully and carefully prepared this place for large families and it is definitely comfortable and can easily accommodate up to 10 people. There are two separate living areas where family can relax and chat. Dining table is next to kitchen, it has seating arrangements for eight and four more bar stools are there as well so that your entire family can have dinner together being in the same room. The villa has two large master bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. One master bedroom is downstairs and the other master is upstairs. Other three bedrooms upstairs all have direct access to bathroom from each room. There is also a large screened pool area that will make you want to stay, relax and enjoy every minute of your deserved vacation. PLEASE NOTE: no child safety fence around the pool. Garage is not available for parking because we turned the garage into a cozy and nice game room for your entertainment (garage door remains closed at all time). Definitely take advantage of the washer machine and the dryer. High speed internet and wifi available. We offer pool towels, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths. We also provide travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in all the bathrooms. To help you start off: we will provide one roll of toilet paper and small hand soap in each bathroom. In the kitchen - one roll of towel paper, two dish washer tablets, two extra trash bags, and one small hand and dish soap with sponge will be provided. Please plan your stay accordingly. Gas grill, propane tank is provided - $65 rental fee for your entire stay.
