This beautiful apartment boasts a colorful interior! It is spread over 133 sqm, has capacity for 4 people, and is located on the 1st floor of Sadaf 7 Tower in JBR.
The living room features a L-shaped grey sofa with mustard-colored cushions, a coffee table nested over a grey rug, a TV, and two grey armchairs.
In this open space area, there’s also a dining room with a large table and 6 mustard-colored chairs. All the fine decorations, wall arts, and plants, can not go unnoticed in this space, as they add a special touch to the place! From within the dining room you can access a balcony furnished with a table and two chairs.

The kitchen at the apartment is spacious and has a serving hatch to the living room. It includes all equipment you might need during your stay such as cooking basics, hot water kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, stove, complimentary tea and coffee, refrigerator, and wine glasses.
Both bedrooms feature king-size beds, armchairs with a table, chest of drawers with mirrors, extensive wardrobe, night tables with lamps, and a large mirror.
A total of three bathrooms are available at the apartment, two of which include a bathtub, a toilet and a washbasin. The third bathroom for guests has a toilet and a washbasin. All three bathrooms include amenities such as cleaning products, hot water, hair dryer, and essentials like soap, toilet paper, and towels.

The apartment is equipped with safety equipment, such as carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and smoke detectors. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron and a washing machine.

Residents can benefit from facilities like supermarkets and shopping malls located in the vicinity. Residents of Sadaf 7 have easy access to tourist spots, hotels, beaches and entertainment places. Overlooking the striking beauty of Dubai Marina and landscaped community gardens, residents can directly access King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street that links with the Sheikh Zayed Road.
Amenities in the tower include high speed elevators, parking for residents, CCTV in common areas and 24-hour security, a large community park, a health center, first-aid medical center, a gym, temperature-controlled swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms, as well as children’s play area.

Public transportation near Sadaf 7 is quite convenient for residents. Those who drive have easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road (E11).

Bus Stations near Sadaf 7 include Jumeirah Beach Residences station 1, which is the nearest option located at a walking distance of 6 minutes. Residents can catch buses 8, 84, N55 from here.
- METRO STATIONS NEAR SADAF 7:
Well connected to King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street, one can easily access metro stations near Sadaf 7, which include DMCC Metro Station. This station is located at an 11-minute drive.
- TRAM STATIONS NEAR SADAF 7:
A tram station near Sadaf 7 is only 5 minutes away on foot. Jumeirah Beach Residence is the nearest tram station from Sadaf 7.

Before arriving to Dubai, please share all the guests’ passport information as per the Department of Tourism (DTCM) regulations in order to register your upcoming stay and avoid any unnecessary delays.
